Users may browse our web page without having to provide any information designated as personal data.  You may be asked to provide personal data for a specific purpose, such as the Newsletters. In no case shall we utilize your personal data commercially by selling, leasing or exchanging them to third parties. These data shall be exclusively used by MD PROFESSIONNEL in order to improve the provided services.

The Company keeps records of the personal data submitted by visitors / users exclusively for communication purposes.

Newsletters

Newsletters are sent by the Company only to subscribers who have opted to receive newsletters and/or have voluntarily submitted their e-mail address, with a view to receiving promotional messages. Such dispatch shall be absolutely compatible in technical terms with the sending correspondence regulations. The Company shall provide the subscribers to the Newsletter service with the option to have their addresses deleted from the mailing list. Opting in and opting out of the Newsletter service shall be carried out via a subscriber e-mail address authentication procedure.

The e-mail addresses of the Newsletter service subscribers shall be exclusively used for that purpose and for no other purpose. When a subscriber opts out of the mailing lists, their e-mail addresses shall be permanently deleted.

The newsletters received by the public upon registration in the mailing lists shall constitute intellectual property of the Company and are, therefore, protected by the relevant provisions of Greek legislation and international conventions. The Company shall maintain the right not to register a person in the mailing lists and/or to delete a person from those lists.
